python-cairo software package provides Python bindings for the Cairo vector graphics library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-cairo
python-cairo is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-cairo package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-cairo *
You will get with python-cairo package name, version, architecture and description in a table
